Driving Lessons Gillingham
Mascot was determined to pass his driving test and contacted me for driving lessons. Although he had some driving experience, he failed his recent test due to a lack of planning.
I knew a more structured approach was needed to help Mascot anticipate and avoid potential hazards on the road. Mascot was receptive to my approach, and we worked together to introduce planning and arriving at hazards once they had been dealt with. This helped him stay focused and aware of his surroundings, which was essential to pass his driving test.
I also introduced him to commentary driving, which helped him articulate what he saw and his preferred plan to deal with the developing situation. This approach effectively reinforced our structured approach and helped him become a safe, confident driver. As our driving lessons progressed, Mascot’s driving skills significantly improved as we approached his driving test.
Test Day Came, and Mascot conducted his driving test as if it were a regular driving lesson. He passed his driving test with just three driver errors with ourselves.
This was a well-deserved result for all the hard work and dedication he put into his lessons.
