Saulene had previously taken driving lessons at another driving school and had booked her driving test. Saulene asked if we could assist with her driving lessons. We evaluated her driving skills and agreed on a lesson schedule that would prepare her for the upcoming test.

Good progress was being made, however, due to the national and local lockdowns, all driving lessons, including her driving test, had to be cancelled. Despite the infrequent driving lessons, Saulene remained positive and persevered.

As the restrictions eased, driving lessons resumed with fewer breaks, and a structured approach was re-established to prepare her for the driving test. The new approach included reading the road ahead, anticipating traffic, making better decisions, and taking responsibility while driving, were the key to her improvements including her confidence.

On the day of the test, Saulene performed incredibly well and passed it on the first attempt. Her success demonstrated that with a positive attitude, even the COVID-19 pandemic could not stop her from achieving her goal.
