Driving Lessons Chatham. Congratulations to Maddie Eagle from Chatham, who passed her Practical Driving Test with her Driving Instructor Gary Smith from City Way School of Motoring at the Herne Bay Test Centre with only 8 minor errors.

Maddie started her driving lessons having had some driving experience in the past, but just needed some guidance on the required changes with her driving to make her safe, but also allowing him to think for herself. Ultimately this would lead to a Driving Test Pass. The key to this was improving her forward planning skills and improving her confidence.

Maddie’s motivation to drive was that she needed to be able to drive to work to Aylesford with an Imminent work relocation in the next few months.

It just goes so show that if you adopt the forward planning skills required to be safe, and are able to make decisions for yourself in ever changing situations,  you too will be like Maddie  and pass your Driving Test.

Maddie decided to follow the route that other family members had adopted over recent years, including her cousin Stan Lidsey, who passed his driving test with me last year and completed her driving test at the Herne Bay Test Centre.

Test day came and Maddie started the day a little nervous, but soon settled down and drove well with maturity and achieved what we all knew she could do. The result was a 1st time pass with only 8 minor errors :)

Well done Maddie, a great result.
