Victoria Holloway – Driving Lessons Strood
Victoria started her driving lessons with City Way School of Motoring with no previous driving experience.
Victoria has autism, so we took things slow and gradually introduced more challenging tasks, sometimes with success and sometimes not; however, Victoria always knew where she was making errors and what she could do to improve her driving.
The main issue was that she often second-guessed what to do; she knew the correct process but chose an alternative option, which often caused inconsistency in her driving.
Victoria made steady progress over time, began to take responsibility for her actions, and took her driving test for the second time. The test route was challenging for her, but she kept her nerves in check and delivered a great drive, resulting in a pass. A great result that is truly well deserved.
This shows that, as Victoria did, if you believe you can do something, you often will be successful. The key to Victoria’s success was a can-do attitude.
