Driving Lessons Rochester. Congratulations to Darcey Wasway, for passing her Practical Driving Test 1st time on Wednesday 28th November 2018  at the Gillingham  Driving Test Centre with her Driving Instructor Gary Smith from City Way School of Motoring.  A fantastic Achievement – Well done 🙂

Darcey started her driving lessons with ourselves having had no driving experience in the past. Darcey progressed well during her driving lessons, The main area we worked on was her forward planning skills, being able to read the ever-changing road and plan ahead and make informed decisions early. This is a common area of weakness in lots of new drivers. Once this area has been understood, they generally grow in confidence and continue their journey to be safe, competent drivers.

Test Day came along, and Darcey remembered the key areas from her driving lessons and held her nerves very well and produced one of her best drives, which resulted in the 1st-time pass – Well done 🙂

What difference has this made to Darcey, she is hoping to get her 1st car shortly, this will give her more independence and will potentially open more doors for her with future employment. No more waiting for lifts and public transport. Happy Days!
