Acquiring driving skills can present a daunting challenge for learners, yet automatic driving lessons can alleviate the stress and anxiety associated with stalling. By removing the need to use the clutch and find the biting point, learners can more effectively direct their attention towards the road ahead and make optimal decisions with fewer distractions.

City Way School of Motoring offers automatic driving lessons utilizing a Hyundai Kona EV (Electric), enabling learners to effortlessly transition to driving conventional petrol or diesel automatic cars. The lessons are tailored to equip learners with the requisite skills to operate automatic cars competently, with no need to concern themselves with the type of fuel required for the vehicle.

It is worth noting, however, that selecting an automatic vehicle for the driving test limits the license to automatics only, precluding the operation of manual cars on public roads.

The driving industry is evolving rapidly, with 2035 marking a pivotal point in the market. Manual diesel and petrol cars will cease production, and electric and hybrid vehicles will become the only available options, which will be automatic ONLY. Nonetheless, purchasing second-hand manual vehicles will still be feasible in the years following this juncture.
